I think this was really the last straw. The physics engine is still garbage. I can be winning games and still won’t be having any fun. It’s indescribably terrible. It’s so realistic, yet somehow still so unrealistic. I was winning a game in superstar mode and was still getting aggravated by the stupid bs that comes with madden (players acting like they’ve never played football before, AI acting like they’ve never had a single thought in their life, players getting stuck on eachother every other play) and I just decided “nope, I’m over it” and I don’t see myself buying another madden for a long long time if ever. Goodbye madden, you were fun in my childhood.

This movie is hard to watch. The acting, direction, plot all feels so disingenuous and cringey that I found myself reaching for the remote to skip almost every interaction, but I suffered through so I can make an educated opinion. One of the corniest movies I can remember seeing, and I’ve watch some terrible, low budget films. Somehow with some stars in the cast, the acting was so terrible it felt like every actor was at max, an amateur. Watch if you don’t like good movies, or if you love bad ones. If you love watching cringe videos, you’ll probably find it very entertaining.

Castlevania captures every element one would want in an eerie thriller series. there are dark and light moments, amazing visuals, an encapsulating plot, and somehow an amazing accent of comedy tastefully sprinkled in. This show will make you tense up, curl your toes, cry, and laugh, all in the same episode. For anyone looking to watch a show that will leave you wanting nothing else but more of the show to watch, Castlevania is the series for you.
