I never completely trust anything I watch as you never really know what someones agenda is. There may have been over-exaggeration etc, but it's there to shock. I used it as an opportunity to educate myself. We have to do our own research, i have looked into companies and found they were being paid by the very industry they're claiming to be fighting against. But when some interviewees were complaining that they had been misrepresented, there's only so far that can happen and at the end of the day you simply get caught out. There will always be people claiming something that they can't prove is accurate, like dolphin free tuna. The only guarantee I have is not to buy it, so i don't. When the truth your industry is hiding comes out, you will lie and pay others to lie for you. I once read two nutritionists in two leading newspapers make two opposing claims, it was so obvious they'd been paid to do so to make their argument appear the truth.
