Please make Ben go away. He is rude, arrogant and boring. He is "entitled" and often refers back to his upbringing in a holier than thou way. He obviously has a total disregard for his female co-hosts as he has shown many times. The most recent is 5 minutes ago when Lindsay was saying something and Ben was sitting back in his chair looking down at his cellphone! Reprehensible.But the cameraman will probably be blamed.
