I don't even know where to begin. As a long term fan of Wrong Turn, this movie is not Wrong Turn. It's a horror movie about a nordic inspired cult living in the mountains. There are no hillbillies, there are no cannibals, and there really is no murder. In every instance of someone getting killed, it was either an accident or self-defense. There is no Saw Tooth, no one eye, and no Three Finger. The only piece of Wrong Turn that truly remains is the location. By all means, it's just another horror movie pretending to be Wrong Turn. Every Chase scene is anti-climatic, every jumpscare fails to be a surprise. The plot and outcome of each character's arc is generic and predictable. It's like if they Advertised a new a Friday the 13th movie, and the killer was Michael Myers. As a Wrong Turn movie, I give it 1/10. As a Movie (setting aside it's identity theft) it's a 3/10. The worst part is that it's not even a good movie for being different. This is the Halloween 3 of Wrong Turn.
