If your only reason for liking this series is because it's new newest sci-fi fantasy and it checks all your boxes for being "woke" as the morons on the right like to say, then you're watching for the wrong reasons.
This just isn't entertaining. The monsters are terribly executed, the costumes look bad, even the walls in some scenes look like plastic resin over brick. Everything looks cheap, the dialogue is poor.
I want to love this being such a big fan of the games but no. This is bad. Period.

Months later the songs have become par for the course in listening to Tool, by far the best in the collection making their earliest work seem juvenile in comparison. They're back and better than ever. It takes quite a few listens to really get the musics ebb and flow.
