I think I got maybe one and a half episodes into V Wars before I tapped out... First of all the acting from the protagonist is not the best and really inconsistent ( don't come at me Ian Somerhalder fans, his acting in this is terrible! I'm not saying he's a terrible actor). All of the character building scenes are diluted by his inability to convey the gravity of the situation, for example; spoiler alert, the scene where he kills his wife to save his son, the scenes with all the revelations about the virus, the scenes with the other characters and when he tells them about the virus. Pretty much nearly everything. The thing that bugged me the most is the way all of the characters in this universe react to finding out about the "vampire" virus,... It wasn't believable, like from the young online journalist to the veteran cop the depth of the reaction to the news about this virus was the same. Which gave me the feeling that the characters weren't actual thought out characters with personalities but mannequins in different outfits. BUUUT,... if you have the weird addiction of watching mediocre, predictable to the point where they're bad tv series like myself and find yourself coming back to them for some reason then I suggest V Wars, like World War Z but at a quarter of the quality and logic. Not to be too mean to the people who put effort in this, I see the potential and there are some good moments and do I like the overall concept, it just wasn't implemented well.
