Go figure this has better ratings than the new one. Growing up playing this game, I have a lot of fond memories with it. It gives me and I'm sure thousands of other people a lot of nostalgia seeing videos and post about it. And with multiple people going out of their way just to recreate it with Club Penguin Online and Club Penguin Rewritten, it shows that there's still a community for this game. Not only that but you can tell with the amount of youtubers that have played said remakes of club penguin, you'd assume it'd be smart for Disney to re-release to old club penguin game to fans. If not as a service to old school fans, but even as a cash grab seeing that people would still be willing to spend money on a membership. Hopefully in the future they'll realize the potential this game still has, but I kinda doubt it.

Bring back old club penguin and instead of selling memberships, just sell coins. That way you still get constant revenue, along with old and time fans coming back to play. It'd also put a stop to people recreating it, because people won't miss it much if it's back the way it used to be
