This compelling movie is about a "plausible" reason behind the Joker's villainy. The Joker character has never been this human and poignant. We saw a hint of this poignancy in Heath Ledger's performance and it is now fully brilliantly exploited in Joaquin Phoenix's. This movie is masterfully directed by Todd Phillips and leaving the theatre I could not help but to feel for poor Arthur Fleck who is only a human after all.

This is one of those great movies that will stay with me until I die and perhaps later than that. The moral and human strength of the main character, a woman who collect honey from the bees and owns next to nothing is a major lesson in life! She takes the honey from the bees and only takes half of it and leave the rest to the animals who produced it so they can survive! What a lesson! Tell it to the scum who run modern governments and the business types who have been destroying our society because of their ignorance and personal greed! This woman is a real hero! Do yourself a favor: watch this movie!
