This is hands down, one of the cheapest and laziest monster movies I've ever seen! Long story short: This movie features not only stock footage from the previous Gamera movies, but space women who transform into super heroes, and do absolutely nothing!(no joke!) The only new Gamera footage they put in here amounts to about 2 minutes of screen time! Not to mention they actually green screen Gamera over anime footage. Specifically, Space Battleship Yamato and Galaxy Express 999. Also for some stupid reason, the alien spaceship on the cover is the Star Destroyer from Star Wars!(Or at least a variation of it) My advice: watch either the Heisei Trilogy(aka: Guardian of the Universe, Attack of Legion, and Revenge of Iris) or Gamera Rebirth on Netflix(if you have it). They are a million times better!

As a huge Spider fan, and someone who grew up with the 90s cartoon, I initially didn't care for this, mostly due to nostalgia. But after streaming all 26 episodes on Netflix, I have to admit this show is actually really good. Plus it introduced me to new characters I'd never heard of like Hammerhead and Tombstone. Though some characters get less focus than others. Hell, Spidey only clashes with Hammerhead once throughout the entire series. And even then it's very brief. Other than that, Hammerhead is left in the background. My main gripe(which is more nostalgia than anything else), is there are some villains we never see like Carnage(Even though Kleadis Casidy makes a cameo in one episode) I also like some of the fanservice in this. Such as Stan Lee making a cameo in Myserio's debut episode, or Spidey fighting Mystirio at a Saloon. Which is a nice callback to the 60s cartoon. Overall: great series for Spider-fans. Highly recommend it. Although I wish the show wasn't cancelled, so we could potentially see Carnage(aka: my 2nd favorite Spider-man villain)

Much like the Wolverine anime, I went into this series expecting it to suck. And this is coming from a guy whose watched previous X-Men instalments including the 90s cartoon, and the live-action movies, but never read the comics(as of this review). And after watching all 12 episodes, I have to admit, this show is pretty descent to watch, but only if you're familiar with X-men. If you've never seen or read X-men, there will be quite a few confusing bits. Like not knowing certain characters or plot points. One example being showing villains like Juggernaut, I think Silver Samurai, Mistigue, and Magneto in the end credits, yet they never appear in the actual show. The parts I REALLY enjoyed were Wolverine's action zingers and insults, which always put a smile on my face. I also recognized quite a few veteran anime voice actors in this such as Stephani Sheh, and Dave Wittenberg. Also I had no idea Wolverine was voiced by Steve Blum(aka: Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop) That's awesome!

Honestly, this is a great series, but the fact it consists of only 4 episodes, each 25 minutes long, makes me think this should have been a movie and not a TV series. Plus it could even pass as a Studio Ghibli film based on the world the show creates. Sarah was a great main character, and her adopted robot parents were fun to watch. The climax is pretty much the stereotypical character makes big mistake, mopes for a bit, realizes her mistake, then attempts to stop the bad guy. So stuff I've seen before, but fairly well executed. Basically a simple story of man vs machine, and which one is the superior being(sort of) The voice acting is pretty good. I don't recall disliking anyone. Overall great series. Definitely would recommend.

As a huge Jurassic Park/World fan, I went into this series expecting an overly kid-ified version of the movies. But instead got series that's true to the movies. I legit felt like I was watching a Jurassic Park series, and not a cheap knock-off. I also liked how they brought back the Dilophosaurus(aka: the spitting Dinosaur). Although I wish it was a major role, and not a few cameos in Seasons 4 and 5. The series takes place during the events of the Jurassic World movies, though are completely separate, and don't intertwine with the movies(Ex: the kids don't meet Claire Dearing, Owen Grady, Alan Grant, Ellie Saddler, or Ian Malcom) That said, I do have a few nitpicks with the series. One thing that really bugged me is the death scenes(aka: villain characters getting eaten) are done off-screen, which really kills the tension for me. And yeah I get it, it's a kids series, but seeing the bad guys becoming Dino food, was always so satisfying for me. And not being able to see those scenes felt like censorship IMO. Another thing that bugged me is how all the kids are invincible to Dino attacks, while the side characters are easy Dino fodder. A perfect example being the scene where Ben is knocked off a train by Pternadons, and apparently falls to his death, only to find out later on that he survived such a high fall. As for the kids themselves, the only character I liked from beginning to end, was Darius. Though that's probably because he went through the least character development compared to the others. Everyone else ranged from boring to eventually likeable as the series progressed. But the character I hated the most was Dr. Kon. Since all he did was be a greedy businessman who only cared about his reputation. Brooklyn does mention his fate at the end, but was still unsatisfying for me.(spoilers: He does Not get eaten.) Overall, great series for both kids and adults, but not flawless. Definitely worth watching if you're a JP fan like me.

Overall this show is just "Eh?" Not horrible, but not great either. Where do I even begin with this show? The obnoxious cartoon sound effects when the Turtle hit things, really kills the mood, Shout Factory changed the intro on the DVDs from "Na,na,na,na Ninja. Ninja Turtles" to "Oh,oh,aohoo, We're fantastic, Never Panic". Now I'm used to the old into, so knowing Shout Factory changed it really bugs me, but Other people might like it? One of the villains, a bounty hunter named Bonesteel, sounds like Randy Savage on crack! Matt Hill is not a good voice for Raphael. You may know Matt Hill in such roles as Carlos from Transformers Armada, Kira Yamato from Gundam Seed, and Kiro Beros from Cardcaptor Sakura. The catchphrase changed from "Cowabunga" to "Certified Turtle-fied". Shredder(whose outfit looks terrible compared to other incarnations) gets defeated 1 or 2 episodes in, and we instead have this Dragon Lord as our main Villain. It only ran for 1 season and 26 episodes before getting cancelled. And out of those 26 episodes, 2 were clip shows. Also, there's a bit of reuse of stock footage, like they do in Power Rangers. They use a motorcycle and a jeep to deploy to crime scenes, instead of hopping over rooftops, or using any actual Ninjutsu. Final thoughts: I can't give this show more than 2 out of 5 stars. If you go into this series with low expectations, you might enjoy it fine, but 2003, 2012, the 90s live-action movie, and 80s Ninja Turtles are a lot better.

I tend to have sort of a Love/Hate relationship with this movie. On one hand making King Ghidorah a guardian Monster instead of an Alien invader, and fighting along side Mothra, is a nice change of pace. But at the same time, I've seen these 2 monsters WAY TOO MANY TIMES in other Godzilla films. And I feel I often need a break from them. The soundtrack is great, and is something I would definitely listen to on its own whenever I get the chance. Also, I like there's quite a few hidden Easter eggs in this film. Like some of the suit actors making brief cameos, as well as a reference to Mothra's Shobijin(aka: twin fairies), and even Yukijiro Hotaru from the Gamera Trilogy appearing as a one-off character who finds King Ghidorah encased in Ice. The main problem I have with this, is the original idea for this film was supposed to feature Varan, Baragon and Anguirus, but then got changed to Mothra and King Ghidorah for better marketing value. And it's a shame really, because I really wanted to see the Underdog monsters get time in the spotlight. Also, and this is just a personal preference, I don't like the Godzilla design in this movie. The eyebrows are too big, the jaw is square-shaped, the feet look really deformed, and he's hunched over too much. I get this is supposed to be an Evil Godzilla, wanting revenge for the deaths of the pacific war, but couldn't they have made him less ugly looking, and more menacing? Then again, the Godzilla suit from Son of Godzilla is much worse. Anyway, The film as a whole is still really good, and worth watching for Godzilla fans, and is a stand-alone film, with no continuity to the other G-films. Meaning you can watch this film without needing to watch the other G-films, as a whole it's good, but not awful. If you're a long time G-fan and wanna watch a Godzilla film with a nice change of pace from the other films, or a newcomer to Godzilla, give this one a watch. You might really enjoy it.

I'm clearly in the minority on this, but this is the first, and so far only Studio Ghibli film I found Boring. The film is literally just one big flashback, and nothing else. I enjoyed "From Upon Poppy Hill" and "Whisper of the Heart" way more than this snooze fest. Yeah, you heard that right! Maybe I'm just not the target audience for this movie? but I still expected something visually stunning like the other Ghibli films, and sadly this does not deliver. If you wanna watch this film, that's fine, but personally, I'd recommend Kiki's Delivery Service, My Neighbour Totoro, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, or Castle in the Sky over this any day.

I was never interested in this show upon first hearing about it, and now This show has been over played, to the point where I'm starting to loose my mind! Seriously! I can't tell you how many times I've heard that goddamn opening on Modern day TV, or Sheldon's egotistic personality lately! The series ended back in 2018, and STILL hasn't left Cable TV! GET RID OF IT ALREADY! If people still wanna watch it so badly, let them stream the episodes instead! Stop shoving it in my face 24/7, and give me some new shows to watch Dammit!
