'IT' was an overall excelling movie. The actors, despite their young ages, were heartfelt and sincere in their outstanding performances. It is hard to make a movie as terrifying as this magnificent Stephen King adaptation, but to be able to laugh as well.
As stated before, the actors did a sublime job on their roles in this movie. Before watching 'IT', I am positive I wouldn't have expected such perfection from a group of minor actors as such. During the period of time I spent watching 'IT', I genuinely felt the actors portrayed their characters with such finesse that they truly were their characters.
After reading Stephen King's marvelous novel, 'IT', I was prompted to watch both the '90s miniseries and, soon after, the excellent adaptations of it. And I have to say, I am quite glad I took the time to sit down and watch these movies. I expected thrilling scares, and was not disappointed by what I received.
I'd give this movie a 58/10.
