Sarah's book, Grief Unveiled, is a very helpful tool for those of us who are learning about grief and about themselves in this new reality called widowhood. She has given me permission to handle my own grief after the death of my husband of nearly 42 years in the way that works best for me. I am going to purchase copies of Grief Unveiled for my recently widowed friends. I know it will help them as it has helped me. Thank you Sarah
