Julia Harding – Google

I honestly really hated this show. I couldn't even watch through all of the episodes but got enough of an idea of what it was gonna be like. I think that the whitewashing was just horrific and the fact that they didn't have Tecna was so sad. I think all of the mature script and content was all unnecessary considering this was based on a kids show. I loved the original animated Winx Club show, and I just thought this was so dark and it was missing the fun colors, outfits, transformations, scenery, and most importantly, character personality! Bloom in this show was so annoying at times and to be honest all of them were rude except for Terra. Stella can be annoying and stuck up in the original, but in this one she was just plain mean. I also did not like how they had smoking, drinking, and even phones and computers in this show. I think it would have been so cool if they had some cool technology like in the original show or had no technology and had some magic communicating service like in harry potter using owls and magic letters. I was so disappointed with the show and thought they could have had a better shot. They didn't even have transformations, wings, or music! I think it also would have been better if they had cast younger actresses to play the girls, like 15 or 16 year olds. Overall, did not like it.
