The movie is okay....it's just that I find it a bit awkward when the characters interact with each other at times. Definitely awkward when friends came up with a vibrator for a present as "solving the problem" to one's failing orgasm. To me, its like a sex education experiences peering out the window.

I wish there were more scenes of Ma Rainey's LIVE performances; nonetheless its still fantastic! Levee is a very dynamic character, with his ways to set up his own band and wanting to take the lead yet been his hopes were washed away by Mr. Sturdyvant and took his anger [unintentionally yet tragic] out one of the band members (killed him).

I learned something new and interesting about this movie!

So far this is my favorite LGBTQ+ series EVER!!!!!! They faced issues that are might have been uncomfortable to most of us in reality and they kept it moving--very unapologetic and I love it (especially for Bette, Alice & Shane). Jenny was a HIGHLY developed character--from timid girl to egotistical yet manipulative (also can be annoying lol) lesbian. Most of all, love every funny moments, from Dana get drunk on the cruise to the dance competition (also the basketball game when Alice went crazy and missed the shot lmao)! Love every minute of this show!!!

Doing something you love so much but doesn’t put food on the table as much is deeply relatable. It’s like you have to do triple times more with only your talents (based on Ana’s character) Love to see more on next season
