About that dray climate in rural Australia for long time, I have a question:
Is it possible to make artificial rain in some area where is very important.
I remember that has been done in Europe back in 1970-80's.
Now is 21-st century, everything is possible.
Please, tray to ask some smart people. That could be possible!
