I love this show and have seen all episodes multiple times. However, that being said, I wish that they'd quit saying JESUS CHRIST like some curse word. That's so disrespectful. No one does that to MOHAMMED or Buddha because that is a DISRESPECTFUL thing to do. The shooting through the glass walls, the use of reflections and background characters who are continuing legal activities in the background is genius. The wardrobe, well, what women wear cocktail dresses to a law office? What secretaries can afford cashmere, designer bags, etc? At least it is fun to see, just not realistic. Some seasons are better than others, and the banter is fabulous in some and repetitive in others. I don't know what the explanation is. The loud, slurping kisses are juvenile, but the use of strong support roles is excellent. My favorite characters are Louis Litt, I think all of us can see a little of ourselves in him, and Gretchen, the only "normal" person in the whole cast of characters. She is a brilliant contrast to the neurotic craziness of the other personalities. I love her. I hate to see the end of this show with season nine. I'd like to see Harvey, Louis, and Donna start their own detective firm with Gretchen running the office and keeping everyone sane and ethical. Wishful thinking.
