I think its appalling!!! Absolute corruption & deceit!!! Not only the Manitowoc County Police dept but the whole county State system are all being orchestrated by Satan himself. I have faith and know that good will overcome however long it takes. My prayers & sympathy to Teresa’s family 🙏
