Really disappointed with the service
, some how my DD was cancelled. I have reinstated it but it has not remained on my account. Anyhow on Friday I found my internet suspended. I went online paid it in full. Still waiting for the service to be back on. No way of contacting this company after 2pm on Saturday. Why if you put a DD in place does it not remain on the account. Need to move but have to avoid down time. 1st world problems with a provider who is stick in a 1970 service delivery style.
