I was really excited to discover that I can watch the show for free, as it is not on Netflix Canada. I had watched snippets of it on TV when I was 10 or so. The show is more relatable to me now that I am 29. And yay for a mostly all-Black female cast. However, I was very disappointed with the show. I have watched 2 episodes and find it very corny and I don’t know how the girls are really “girlfriends”. They seem to be selfish and back-stabbing each other, like some of the other commentators have said on here. It’s also frustrating seeing some of the decisions the characters make. Insecure is a way better show and more relatable.
