Loved this movie. I am a little late to watch, but better late than never. After watching the trailer first I wasn’t sure to watch it. But then some mention of the movie was made, and then I had to watch it. I was calm throughout the movie. Not many dialogues but spectrum of emotions were expressed by eyes. Shefali Shah is too much talented, her performance is organic, touching and just perfect. She is so elegant and graceful throughout the movie. Jaideep Ahalawat acted beautifully, he portrayed a wonderful friend who took her down the memory lane and an excellent listener . One character I specifically was moved by the most is Swanand Kirkire’s , Deepankar, he loved his wife deeply, he is mature and so secure about this entire visit to his wife’s childhood home and her meeting the childhood love. Beautifully written story, very well directed and performed. You learn so much about human emotions, relationships and life through such stories.

I was very much pleased to watch this amazing show when it first started. Midge was obviously funny, beautiful just perfect. Loved her clothes. Liked how colourful the overall show was. The places in New York. Her father Abe’s character was one of my favourites also Sussie just witty and fierce always. Thought the first two seasons were really good then lost interest in the next two seasons. But then the final season! It was a blast , a grandeur celebration. Such good writing and closure for everyone. All the actors were as if real. The finale episode was created so wonderfully, I felt as if I was there in the studio. And Midge’s performance was the best so far. I felt good to have watched a show so beautifully written and created. Attention to details is commendable. Dialogues between the actors are so thoughtful, nothing lame. After a long time you get to watch something which is not suspense ,violent or gory , just fun, of course not relatable but so so enjoyable.

This is one of my favourite holiday movies. I have watched it several times but never gotten bored. It’s warm, sad, kind , beautiful and lovely. Cameron and Jude’s chemistry makes me feel young and fall in love again. Those early few dates the love and attraction. Kate was amazing, her excitement and sorrow both are just marvellous. This is one of the best feel good movies . Get comfy in a blanket with a cup of hot chocolate and spend a lovely Saturday night.
