I have nothing against the actors but there are just too many characters in this show! I'm not against having a character to represent the gay community but making Pete (black fire fighter) as a transgender who was once a woman is just waaaaaaaay over the top!!! Not believable at all!! Why was this written into the show??? Very disappointed.

It's been said that if you don't tell your own story, someone else will. I'm glad Zoe Saldana admitted that she should never have played Nina Simone. However, it would have been even better to have realized that before accepting the role and respectfully back out. The part was not only too big for her but to paint her in black face only added insult to injury. I must say the Netflix, documentary What Happened, Ms. Simone?" gives a far better insight on the brilliant talent and agony of this incredible Creative.

Love the camaraderie between Mr. Holmes and his children. These episodes are hilarious! Good mix of learning and laughter!! Loved a show line about it being beer thirty!! LOL Nothing like family! Keep up the good work!

Dark and dis-jointed. Disappointed that movies this creepy and bizarre are considered art. The ending brought no closure. And the behavior of the parents was unrealistic and disgusting! Feel the need to cleanse my mind.
