This is such a beautiful movie our family including the children love it. The stories, with powerful messages underneath, will likely stay with us for a very long time. Watching it is yet another opportunity to be reminded of the horrendousness of war, and yet how we must believe humanity will always find a way to shine, and prevail. Also, the entire cast is just perfect for this movie - you can't expect anything more than that. If you enjoy movies like "Life is beautiful", you will enjoy this one. Don't bother the few number of low-star reviews as they tried to be unreasonable - like, unhappy because the movie is different from the original novel it is based on?! C'mon!
