Honestly seeing all the hate this game is getting is remarkable. I can 100% see people not liking this game. As unfortunate as that is. But the fact that everyones calling ir trash especially in regards to the story is bizzare to me. I understand why people are so cut especially with Joels death. The game isn't perfect by any streach. But to say it's poorly written and "trash" is just wrong. The themes and story this game decided to portray isn't for everyone. And a lot of people either just straight up missed the message or didn't care. People complained about the game just being a revenge plot. But then ignore everything that the game presents. It's a commentary and a critique of that. The last game was about Love and Hope. This game took that and twisted and ripped that away and I get how much that can hurt especially for people invested in the first game. But this game offers so much.
