It contains multiple scenes of straight up *Rape and suicide*, and portrays them very graphically. While the show is VERY graphic at certain parts, it is actually not made to glorify suicide, but to bring awareness to the issue. It really does a good job of showing the dark side of highschool, and breaking down reasons why people end their life. Regardless, the show is really messed up, and would not recommend letting anyone under 14 watch it. Normally, watching one or two episodes in a row can really take a toll on your mental health, so I wouldn’t recommend trying to binge watch it, or watching with your kids. On the other hand, it does teach some lessons about suicide prevention, and seeing the signs before it’s too late.
