I was fervently hoping that Mr. King would downplay his politics, only to be sorely disappointed. I get it Mr. K - you're no Trump admirer or GOP supporter - but give it a break already. It seems he's gone south just like Netflix and anything that's been created after 2022 . What a shame.

Just watched episode 1. Lived in Rio for 20 years and still visit every year. The city is the main star. Younger generation must've done the wardrobe. So many things not quite right. No woman worth her salt would leave the house in a dress and not wear her nylons. The hats are all wrong.The pasteurized version of a favela is cringe worthy.. Need to watch more hoping it'll get better.
