I watched this movie yesterday and I believe that this young generation has re-defined the the ways of youth love which is very different from mainstream hindi/tamil/telugu movies. It is
a lighthearted love fiction, a much relief from all netflix, overly realistic web series or even some boring movie.
To most viewers who were expecting some high-voltage drama, I guess that's not what the director wanted to show people. He clearly sees it as a epic love tale that any youth of today shall remember for lifetime and probably imagine themselves as one of those characters for their sweet-hearts.
Finally, I guess times have changed and its more about being straight-forward about your feelings for someone. I think those days are gone when boy stared at a girl for three years with silent love in heart and gathers courage to tell on a farewell day or girl having suppressed feelings and meet later in adulthood.
About the actors and their acting, they have their own ways and all of them did very good job especially Noorin Shereef. As a movie, it had a good story to tell of a teenage love in high school days. It was kind of really cool to see how they could pull-off such roles and didn't seem amateur or immature at all. Also, this movie show some wonderful elements such as school friends standing for each other, helping each other, realizing the value of true friendship, true love, infatuation(crush).
I also became fan of their dance moves, I see a lot of great talent in all the actors of the movie and I believe we all should encourage them and wish them a bright future.
What I did not like about the movie is the end which kind of an over-dramatic, abrupt end. It should have ended in a much better way.
