I just don't understand the new banning system by epic. They are a such a soft company. People in my game are always toxic and are constantly verbally harassing me while playing especially if they are a better. I run into toxic smurfs every other game who take any chance they can to tell me how bad I am and how pathetic my skill is compared to theirs. And the one time I turn it around on them about how they are spending their time playing someone much lower in play time and skill then them I am the one who gets banned!! They don't care for sides to a story just see a couple unsavory words and immediately ban them with no chance for an appeal. The toxicity that runs in the blood of the rocket league fanbase knows no bounds and will continue to be that way until smurfs can't make new accounts in minutes and be downgrading to players that are just trying to improve at the game.
