This movie is such a masterpiece. Truly an inspirational stuff.Surya lived as Nedumaaran Raajangam.I believe he deserves a National award for this gem of a performance. The onscreen chemistry between Maara and Sundari(played by Aparna Balamurali) was pleasing to the eye. Some scenes really filled tears in my eyes.Surya is unmatchable when it comes to perfecting emotional scenes with such depth. The veteran actress Urvashi who played the role of Maara's mother is also deserves a lot of applause. The film points to class politics and inequality and the mindset of upper-class to see the lower-class as they are forever and always enjoy the luxuries on their own. Thanks to Sudha mam for such a classic and giving back 'the actor' Suriya I used to adore and imitate during my childhood. This movie is worth watching.

For a person who watched the original movie,this movie will be a worst experience.This movie is just trying to glorify the so called superstar and not doing justice to the story.This is a totally disappointing movie. I suggest the original one called 'manichithrathazhu'👌.
