Mr Moore ..Has had a lot of flack in the media for the way he attacks or de constructs his topic matter ....I mean if there was any truth to what he is saying in any shape or form...wouldnt there be a member of Congress getting impeached on grounds of his research and so called facts?.....well sadly no.....It is all grand standing....The story is presented in a way that middle America or even the poor in America are downtrodden and Mr Moore comes to the rescue with his pizza stomach and baseball cap....arned with his monologue of information about the injustices that are ignored by Capitol Hill and its cronies..truth is Michael you need to go higher up the food chain if you really want to rattle some cages...Maybe then we will see some ground breaking Documentary Film making at it's best..

This is a classic album its NOT Foxtrot another great album BUT for my generation growing up in the 70s and 80s this album defines OUR youth at that MOMENT in time...I know all the words to all the songs and sing along every time I play the album...I have it on Vinyl CD and as a MP3 ...For me personally it introduces Phil Collins on vocals taking over from the very fine Peter Gabriel ....I don't really have a favorite track as ALL the songs to me are Favorites....this album was made back in the days of non digital recording..and is better for it....Listen to this on a decent record player with decent amp and speakers (say a $8K system PLUS + ) and turn it up close your eyes open your ears and breathe....This is a MUST HAVE album and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to hear synthesizers done RIGHT...without the big hair!!....oh and those electric drum's...Phil you are a master!!....

I think its beauty is in the technological wonder of the Avalon a city hurtling through space to end its journey by colonizing another earth like planet....with the two leads essentially becoming Adam and Eve .....only that they would never make the destination.....the end of the movie shows what they did to keep themselves busy by terraforming the ship to supply themselves food they would otherwise would miss out on ..on the destination planet.....the beauty is in the sophisticated lines and the vast vacuum of space an endless void which shows desolation in a different realm.....thoroughly enjoyed this movie.....its a concept movie and on that front it delivered..
