Always like this hotel but right now, I know covid has hit Vegas hard but service in the restaurant/bar Gilley’s kinda went down. We called since Saturday and all calls were routed to voice mail. I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy day but at least they can let their patrons know that they will only take reservations over the voicemail. And to boot, we’re staying at the hotel and the elevator broke down a couple of times this weekend 🥺😑 not a happy camper.
