Way too self indulgent and self congratulatory. And the pacing was totally off the entire time. None of the jokes felt funny. Instead they were always at someone's expense and more often than not, incredibly mean (Imagine if a high-school bully decided to write their bullying experiences but from their perspective where the victim is the villain). This movie was made by someone trying to kiss up to Lorne Michaels. Every single time Lorne did something, anything, it was framed as this sort of amazing genius moment and how the world misunderstood Lorne and didn't understand his amazing vision blah blah blah. If you're a superfan of SNL who thinks anybody and everybody who worked on this show is amazing, then this movie is for you. If you're someone looking to watch an entertaining comedy movie, skip. PS. The disrespect shown to Johnny Carson was appalling. Its the same disrespect Bruce Lee was shown in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

I went into this movie thinking, "Ugh, another mediocre movie that Netflix wants me to think is good" because Netflix has done that so many times: pushed a bad movie as a good one. Imagine my surprise when this movie had me gripped from the very first minute. It's actually engaging, intriguing and you care for these characters enough to follow them throughout the movie. Whilst the plot feels predictable, the action sequences, the acting and the superb editing makes it a fun watch. It is logical, nothing seems like its a convenient plot device. And if anything is convenient, it is set up in a way that you buy it within the logic of the movie. It's a smart movie that knows what it's doing and does it well. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

This movie surprised me. I thought it would be some rehash of a John Wick style movie but its not. It's actually an intricately woven story. Well executed. Character driven and very interesting to watch. If you think this will be boring, trust me, it won't be. But it's not a typical action movie either so anyone going in expecting that will be disappointed. The marketing for this movie did not do it any justice.

Ignore the critics and just go and watch the movie. It's worth the price of admission. Some scenes do feel hammy and some conclusions too convenient. But there are also certain elements that are done expertly. Some scenes flow so beautifully together and carry a sophisticated logic that I sat there thinking "How the hell did they manage to pull that off so perfectly?" Sam Raimi did an excellent job with this one and I hope he gets to make more Marvel movies in the future.

National Treasure was better. Tom Holland is good though. But the unbelievable plot, the shoddy editing and the pacing undoes the great job done by all the actors. The game fans might still enjoy it. I think.

Despite the series having a LOT of plot holes and convenient coincidences that work in favor of our characters, this is still a pretty good show. There is poetic beauty in this production. You can tell they really wanted to telll a good story and it gets interesting as the series progresses. It is a shame that this series gets overshadowed by the controversy of one of the leads because had that incident not happened, this show would have had a chance to shine in its own right. Nonetheless, it is a good show and I recommend people give it a shot.

This is such an underrated drama. You would think this would not be compelling and surprising. You would be mistaken. This drama proved me wrong on every perception I had about it. It is witty, smart, full of heartfelt romance and laugh out loud scenes that just have no parallel. A must watch for anyone.

Here's my take on this drama. It's a gender bent version of beauty and the beast, with IU being more or less the beast character, except her curse is less about her looks and more about revenge. It's also a gender reversal in the traditional male/female roles we often see in the typical k-drama; the rich arrogant chaebol (often a hotel owner, ironically) and the sweet, innocent, poor (always poor) girl. This time it's the girl who is rich (in a sense), and is arrogant and a totall boss-lady while the guy is sweet, poor and innocent. I must commend the actors on portraying their roles well. IU plays a hot tempered, bossy person yet never seems to be imitating a strong man or seems too overbearing andJin Goo plays his character without seeming weak or girly. The tone of the drama and the effects too are high class and clearly have been the result of much hard work. Overall I loved this show and can't wait to rewatch it again and again.

I discovered Merlin after I saw a YouTube video of Merlin and Arthur funny moments and i really got into the show after I thought that ArMor might be a thing (it is not but the show is still great). The draw for me is Colin Morgan and Bradley James's take on their respective characters and their friendship. This Merlin is just too loveable though a bit on the not smart side and Arthur while starting off as a prat really grows on you after a few episodes. It's a really fun watch. Just wish that they had maintained the comedic tone till the end. There are already too many dark, gritty and "realistic" shows.
