This book is fantastic. I have such a hard time with interpreting recipes, as I am a very visual person, so having the images to follow along for every recipe is SO worth it. I've already made a few recipes out of this book, and each one has been delicious! Worth it!! Such a wonderful book!

Just wanted to say, even though Gervais said that Derek doesn’t have a disability, he really does? As someone who IS autistic... it’s very clear to me that Derek has autism? And that’s okay. I think it’s a good portrayal, and it makes me very happy that Derek (so far, I’m only halfway through season 1) isn’t the butt of any of the jokes. There was a line, I think he said it in the second episode? About how if being diagnosed with autism doesn’t change anything about him, there’s no use in going to a doctor to be diagnosed with it. He liked the way he was, and he was fine with not knowing. That’s such a real line? It feels as though Gervais knows what he’s doing when it comes to writing this character. Anyway, I love this show. It makes me laugh out loud and it’s very sweet. A good show so far.
