I lowkey think the movies are better. And the cast is amazing. John Green is an amazing writer, and this film is def something people need to see before they turn at least 30. It's not the saddest movie ever like some say but it is sad, in an almost subtle way. It's funny and sad and heartwarming. It's way better than Paper Towns though and is probably John Green's best book.

Although I love James Franco, and Emma Roberts, and Nat Wolff as well. The movie itself is just not good. There are some cool shots but other than that the film is just not good like at ALL!! The characters were all annoying and had nothing interesting about them. Teddy is obnoxious and jealous, and Fred is by far the worst character in the whole thing. The pool scene is by far the best part, like #METOO. Fred is a legit creepy and possessive, even though he is "joking" this movie made me not look at Nat Wolff the same.
