So Let me say this The Ending is bad Literally and the background of the story was good with many plot holes the characters are over dramatic, poor acting after like 9-10 episodes, So many plot holes …… tension between North and South Korea part was good but the Antagonist guy freely hovering around the hospital, president have nothing to do but just watch the cat fight between two doctors…. ( South Korea have many good cardiothoracic surgeon ) ….Literally I was forced to watch it because I have a thing for medical dramas like The Good Doctor ( very good), some characters are not needed and ….if games like this started in hospitals really then the overall mortality rate will increase by tenfold ~Thank you This might help you
