It's the same as watching a comedy skit in one of the many comedy shows in TV. Maybe even worse! A big letdown from the director and clearly shows how the standard of his movies has come down.
The opening scene introducing Dileep getting caught over speeding is such a dampener and is an indicator on how the movie will turn out.
Don't waste your time watching it.
