I liked it. there is a constant tension throughout the movie and the ending, while subtle, is wholly satisfying and depressing at the same time. not easy to recommend it to others though. kind of felt like 'no country for old men' in its subtlety. feels like nothing is happening, but overall the plot unfolds in the background.

comical plot. they had no way of resolving the hostage situation so they created a sandstorm, 4 guys running and hand to hand combat on the tarmac. Nothing covert about this mission. Screw logic and serve anything in name of patriotism. Go watch Uri, Border or Raazi. Not this nonsense

story drags on and gets predictable after a point. Same dialogue repeated 20-30 times - 'they stole 300cr worth of stuff from Shekhawat'. Aarya's character does not grow into some mastermind who figures everything out. Rather for every twist, she is told by some other character about it! This story could have worked well in a 2 hour movie, weeding out irrelevant subplots and fast paced screenplay. But in a 8-9 hour long format, this is decidedly average.

this is a delightful murder mystery. casting is great, so is the setting and the dialogue. plot isn't too complicated, and the actual villain's middle name is a give away. This whodunit's unraveling could have been slicker and was a bit drawn out. Regardless, Knives Out does a fine job to entertain and intrigue the viewer.

This movie should have been a hit! Such a refreshing fun action-packed story with twists, turns and two great performances 👏🏻

Fake lives of divorced/retired/TV wives

Way better than KGF in cinematography and direction. Simple message, no misogyny or toxic masculinity here. Over the top as most Rajamouli movies are.
