I’m worried that Tom Bratby shouts at the beginning of the 10 o’clock news bulletin, and sounds loud and definite in an aggressive manner. Each evening I automatically grab the remote control to turn down the volume. I’m not consciously doing this. I realise people must like him but can you ask him to please tone it down. Can we have a more conversational tone? I’m sure he’s empathic in interviews but not when given the News platform. Thank you, Jennifer McNish
