Gore Chain

Still just a pokemon game. It's not really much different and I haven't picked one up since the actual diamond, pearl and platinum games. If you squint during combat it almost feels like nothings changed. You can move in front of pokemon to take damage in combat but that does nothing. When they finally commit to an open combat system, no turns I'll be impressed. Right now it's just an outdated game system that was good on the gameboy's and ds's but now needs an overhaul.The world is nice, 1 star the pokemon are free to move and be avoided outside of combat, 1 star. I really have too much to say about this. The game is sub par to what it can be. Take a look at breath of the wild. Zelda has come so far and pokemon has taken 3 steps. BOTW Isn't perfect but it's a huge glorious step in the right direction. I fell asleep playin botw cause I was up playing it 3 days straight. I put PLA down after 5 hours to go to bed the first night I had it. Not really the addictive game I was hoping it'd be.
