it's a really interesting and well done movie/arc bond between Jimmy and Cindy is really well done the teamwork of the main characters in the second half and the finale is stunningly amazing, Meldar Prime is the best and the strongest Jimmy neutron villain in my opinion and Tim Allen did a fantastic job voicing him, but the only problem i have with this arc/movie is that the new characters like April the gorlock, and others are really forgettable and i was hoping they would show up in league of villains to help jimmy, but the most disappointing thing is how easily meldar prime was defeated and how he never showed up in the league of villains, but this is the league of the villains arc/movie's fault. overall Win, Lose and Kaboom is an awesome movie/arc and i give it 9/10 - B+.
