Just completed this series. Loved it . As a GenZ I had little bit of idea that Playboy is an erotic magazine with the famous bunny logo. I was never interested in knowing how Hugh Hefner built the huge empire. I just thought its just a popular magazine & sells cuz of just nudes. This series took me into the world of playboy from the beginning , the message , him making sexual conversation mainstream , personal & professional struggles , feminist attacks , different ideas to expand the brand , multiple affairs , freak parties , business & politics , competition attacks. In the 10 episodes they were able to show the entire history of playboy & Hugh Hefner but the most important lesson that I took from the show was the courageous steps that hefner took in earlier stages of his career to make the brand bigger . He believed in himself & stood against the old dead thoughts about sex & the conversation around it. The main actor did a great job too. The details in his acting , facial expressions . It was perfect & matching with the real Hugh Hefner.
