this movie is so disappointing especially when compared to the 1978 film. Sorry but Russell Crowe is not Marlon Brando. It is also very dark visually. No colors. Given that special effects have advanced so much in the last 40 years, why is it that this superman movie is so much worse? The beginning is also very confusing with the bizarre, dark special effects. I'm not too impressed with Henry Cavill either. Amy Adams is absolutely wonderful as she always is. and Terence stamp is an amazing Zod!! The one in this movie just doesn't exude The same power, charisma and villainy.
