The review will find the general bias between those who do eat animals and those who don’t and their reflection in reviewing this. As someone who was always a non vegetarian (choice made by parents like most or everyone else when we kids) and turned into a vegetarian 2 years back, I can testify to the effects I personally observed in my fitness and performance. As a distance runner or a Dad, or any other role or dimension I view myself now, it leads to ONLY one conclusion. That is - I am NEVER going back to eating an animal!!
