Had all the makings of a good movie with an interesting plot…until it didn’t. Overall it didn’t make sense. Take the ending for instance, a grown man with quite a bit a strength knocks out a teenage girl by slamming her into a wall. She’s out for roughly 3-5 minutes, then recovers and strikes this grown man with a lamp knocking him out for hours! Then the teenage boy and teenage girl carry this grown man, who’s a nice size, out the house completely wrapped in plastic. They then lift his heavy body onto the bed of a pickup truck and THEN unload him and drag him into the woods to stage a suicide. The man finally comes to after being wrapped in plastic for hours just in time to see his son point a weapon at him, from an angle that a person shooting them selves in the head couldn’t have possibly been able to do. Clovehitch is never brought to justice, just two Nancy Drew teenagers there to “save the day.”
