I've read every Jack Reacher book and this is definitely not the Jack Reacher fans have come to know and love. He NEVER tells a story in the first person and, aside from the opening chapter, the dialogue he uses just isn't Reacher - just isn't Lee Child.

For a network show, as opposed to cable, this one was pretty darn good. I didn't love it but I didn't love Yellowstone the first episode. I gave it a couple more episodes and was hooked. Same deal here.
