Fred Hampton was a young revolutionary murdered at the age of 21. He deserved his own movie and for his story to be shared; it's a shame that he was killed.

My favorite movie, I liked Klienfields character arc, his greed got him killed. Carlito's loyalty and trust in his friends are what ultimately lead to his death. You feel bad for him because he was really trying to change and live a normal life. The acting, soundtrack, editing, camera angles, and script are phenomenal. Whenever I recommend this movie to my friends that have never seen it, they love it. It's a good movie to rewatch, I like this one better than Scarface.

Very entertaining movie. It's not one of those movies where the bad guys get away at the end; you may feel bad for the main characters though. It has a realistic feel to it. I have watched it a few times and still enjoy watching it. Fun fact, Tony Sirico and Michael Imperioli from The Sopranos (Pauly and Chris) have small roles in this film. Dave Chapelle was inspired by this film when he wrote his "WacArnolds" skit, from the scene where Anthony is working at Sauls making min wage, bringing home food for his wife and daughter in their working-class apartment.
