Up there and beyond Star Trek DS9.. But this remake,after watching the whole series and mini-movies, the nuance between characters, the plot twist, make it definately top 5-out of 10 all time greatest sci-fi for TV. Graphics and 3d are not really important in this series because the storyline trumps it. All people who watch will be enthralled by the depth and depravity of all characters,(Katee Sakhoff/ Starbuck) and others, whether good or bad. Even those who are not sci-fi fans. 5 stars out of 5.

Great show. Berlin 1946 French,Russian,British sectors, Before Nuremberg, Nazi hunters and everyone is trying to survive. I won't say more because it will spoil the plot. The story is a series of prequels, gritty and exciting, well written. Highly recommend watching. Another great Canadian European show. There are no Americanisms and this is not Inglorious Basterds! Its 10 times better. Edit 2024: It cannot be found with subtitles in English, unless you buy it. Has been renamed as 'The Defeated' and the original German title. Still superb though.

I remember in my youth being yelled at at about 7pm skateboarding outside a house, because Babylon 5 was on. I thought the man was mad who leaned out of his window with spittle and bile, red faced shouting. Now watching the whole series about 8 times and counting. I have sympathy. The artwork (background painted scenes) the low budget, the 8mb 3D graphics, still stands up in 2024. More than that the character study, Machiavellian characters with flaws, DS9 wouldnt have existed if this was not made. Star Trek needs to drop any kind of Picard and Discovery train , in favour of another DS9 (also brilliant) with another multi species space station location. Humour darkness and great characters the best being G'Kar and Mollari. Very much alien Left and right politically. Perhaps the Godfather of this type of sci-fi. 11 out of 10, PS: there was no section 37 before the Sci-Corp. And Walter Koenig had better range in B5 than in the original Trek, masterful piece of acting even though a bit ham like Garibaldi 👍

So much wasted time in this movie, they gloss over pre War Grand Prix, when Enzo was actually driving, I didnt see one Lancia in the whole film, thankfully they mentioned Maserati, It misssed Post War F1, Le Mans or any of the classics. It was solely based on the Mille Miglia tragedy, which ended that particular race. Which every fan knows about anyway. I knew Enzos wife was very involved in the racing and sent orders out to the team over finances and drivers, No portrayal about that either, and overacted in my opinion by Penelope Cruze. Grand Prix in 1965 did it better if you want a character study on the private life of an F1 team /drivers, If it is aimed at a female audience I doubt they will be satisfied. (I changed my mind after seeing the thread here, Its given 4-5 stars by females). That it is about Ferrari seems unimportant to them. Who did they make this film for, because the F1 fans didnt get much either? except a glimpse of model cars representing the real thing we can see on Youtube everyday Im very dissapointed. this will not be a classic.😕

Second time watching the whole series back to back after a rewatch of the Sopranos. Dare I say Boardwak is better than all of them. Yes even the Godfather! The period costume, the story of Irish, Jewish, Italian Mafia,The IRA. also including the Black Mafia, the rise of Jazz music from Ragtime (Rag). For me a more rounded portrayal of the mindset of those Gangsters yet with parralels to the more modern Sopranos, Think Godfather 2 Early New York migration in the 1900's. Cast Superb! When I read it was cancelled because of low audience views I was shocked to the core!
