Jack Reacher

Well, the show isn't great, really silly stuff, nothing special or new, with a pretty low budget it seems. The cast are what you would expect from such shows, lackluster leads with no chemistry what so ever, and the supporting's don't need any more info,. Action scenes are slick , fast and ill-choreographed, the script is uninspiring filled with cheesy dialogues, along with very weak out of sync comedy. You can't believe what they have done to the great 1994 James Cameron movie ' True Lies', and unfortunately the man himself is one of the execs in this mess of a show! Just don't !

This show is quite good and entertaining, it got very good looking actions, decent comedy and feminist thoughtfulness. Tatiana Maslany , a very talented actress, playing the main character , Jen Walters , a smart lawyer who gets Hulk power by being in a car crash with her cousin Bruce Banner The Hulk. You might know her from '' Orphan Black'' and the incredible job she did on that show, and she does absolutely amazing job in this one too, and one of the reasons I liked the show so much. Although for some people with big mummy issues!!, who arent comfortable with seeing females as superheros , well, you might want to stick with your dry wall hammering!! This show isn't for you!! And that explains most of the bad reviews. But for normal mature people, you enjoy the show.

Ok, i have seen 6 episodes from the season three, and I want to say one thing, for the love of God just put the Malivore thing to bed already, once and for all. It's really getting boring and confusing , even the most loyal fans are not happy with these story line being stretched out for three seasons with out a clear ending,. It was good for the season one and two, but they should've resulted this Malivore plot in the second season and started a new story for the third one. There was one thing that kept the parent shows always interesting and really dynamic, to keep bringing new plots and characters to the shows , not leaning on a particular story too long before it gets boring and stale. I don't know what exactly happening with the producers and their crew, maybe the genius writers got retired or just left, but in order to keep the show alive , they need to start bringing some excitement and fresh faces to the show. Just change the plot, put this now boring like hell Malivore thing to bed. Add some new exciting characters to the show, Bring it back to life . Can't give more than 3 stars to the third season, but it would be unfair if I didn't consider the first two seasons ,which were really good. So four stars it is.

Well, morbius ,the Marvel Sony's superhero movie, wastes the acting talent of Jared Leto and Matt Smith , and is more like a very bad parody. The script is so shoddy and poorly written that despite having a great cast, Jared Leto , Matt Smith, Adria Arjona and criminally underused Jared Harris, they can't offer anything to improve the movie. The story line is just full of holes which it's quite hard to wrap your head around, it's like, ''' that happened. But how?! Doesn't make any sense, well feel free to imagine something!!! '''. and too many out of date cliches like, the tortured hero, a close friend turned foe villain, good looking doctor/scientist that is the hero's love interest, father figure guy played by a noted actor and so on, that even DC got rid of them long time ago. The action scenes are 'rare' but also very sloppy and messy, so many unnecessary turning and twists that makes it hard not to get dizzy watching them, Lots of hazy blurry stuff involved!! Truth be told it's not even surprising that Sony would make a flimsy movie when it comes to the superhero things, we all remember their Andrew Garfield spiderman movies and also the Fantastic four!! And when you look at the originally villain now turned to heros, that they're gathering, ''Morbius , Adrian Toomes aka the Vulture, Venom and kraven the hunter ,coming next year'' you can't help it but wonder that they are assembling the group known as , The Sinister six, who are the enemy of the Spiderman, so they might feel confident enough after the huge success they had collaborating with MCU making Tom Holland spiderman trilogy, to start making their own independent spiderman movies again which I don't think that would be a good news for the Spiderman fans at all.

Well, Jordan Peele gets a '' Hell yes'' for this incredible movie, which delivers every thing you can possibly expect from the academy winner's movie, if you're familiar with his previous works like '' Get Out'' or '' Us''. Nope is a nuanced, incredibly realistic depiction of two siblings going to battle against an enemy, they know close to nothing about, to defend their ranch and home. There is humor and pathos, drama and silliness, action and sometimes painful stillness, packed into Nope's taut but still longish length. The film features a very solid cast, Keke Palmer ,Daniel Kaluuya, Steven Yeun and Brandon Perera,, they are really brilliant and chosen precisely. so if you're in the market for an original, interesting movie that has so much more to discuss than just whether aliens are good or bad , then Nope is a movie you definitely want to see.

Well, I can say the movie is very good and entertaining, the chemistry between Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg is just out of the chart and really fun to watch, the action scenes are very good looking and convincing. That been said , as a fan of the video games I really expected more of this high budget ,star studded movie. I think they could have put more time on the script ,developing a better, possibly more sophisticated story, working a little bit more on the puzzle part of the movie, because like it or not, solving difficult puzzles is a big part of this franchise, not just action scenes. The plot was really disappointing, even more the way they found the long lost treasure, it's really easy and to some extend unrealistic. I mean ,come on, it was not even properly hidden!! So although, the movie is definitely fun to watch, the cast are really great, action scenes are absolutely impressive ,but they could have done a better job with the script and the plot, creating a great adventure movie instead of just a good movie.

Well, first I should say this show is just amazing, it's based on the first book of the Jack Reacher series , named Killing Floor, by Lee Child. Truth be told I was a bit skeptical at first about, Alan Ritchson, playing Jack Reacher, after all we had seen Tom Cruise playing the character before, and he couldn't get it right, mostly for the size discrepancy, and maybe the poor script and directing,, but his performance is really solid and very convincing. And he's physically a lot closer to the original character in the books, as Lee Child himself said, '' the size thing is important '', and it really is. The supporting cast are also chosen brilliantly , Malcolm Goodwin playing Finlay and Willa Fitzgerald playing Roscoe , they're both very talented and chosen very precisely. The script is absolutely amazing , they couldn't have been possibly more loyal to the original book, down to the small details in the conversations, costumes, fight scenes and almost everything, which is one of the main reasons the show is so great and thrilling. They never try,in any point, to rush things up, to overlook the important details, also avoid dwelling on not very important sub stories, long boring flash backs or building dragged on backgrounds, always keeping a very steady and enjoyable pace.

One of the best shows i have seen in the past 3 years, it got every thing. A very mysterious, baffling plot, combined with intense drama , greed, love, and also just simple normal family problems. The plot is absolutely captivating , original and full of unexpected twists. Also the cast and the performances are really good,. Josh Dallas and Athena Karkanis do not need any praise, Melissa Roxburgh the leading star has done a brilliant job, beyond the expectations.Against the odds, she proved that she did deserve to be in this show as the leading star. The season two finale cliffhanger , promised the fans even more mystery and conundrums in the third season , which less than a month from now it's going to air, just don't miss on this great show. I promise you will enjoy it and talk about it with your friends and other fans , a lot. 5 stars .

Well, I think every one is more and less familiar with the book which the show is based on, the exotic thrilling novel ''Around the world in 80 days'' by Jules Verne. Watching episode one, there's one word kept creeping into my mind, '''cheap ,really cheap!!'''. I honestly don't understand one thing, if you decide to make a tv show based on such a wonderful book, then you need to put some money on it. What's the point of making a cheap, hasty version of it? David Tennant is the leading star, playing Phileas Fogg, which is the only thing alluring about the show, he's very brilliant and there's no doubt people like myself would at least try to watch the show because of him. They've done some changes to the main characters, and the story itself, in order to make a contemporary version of the original story, like Fix is a woman here, Fogg's personal valet being black , or creating a subcontext to work the modern social uprising into the show, which I am totally fine with those. But with only 8 episodes they have completely skipped the part, where the characters get developed properly. Maybe they thought people already know them well, so let's just skip that part!!! And I am quite sure they've filmed the whole show in one city, the streets in the Paris scenes are really similar to the ones in London scenes,so no actual traveling around the world,no authenticity at all, everything's been staged, the result of not having a decent budget,. Just cheap.!!

Well, this show isn't about aliens, it's about people and their very usual problems in a normal life, it's a psychological drama for sure with a lot of close up shots of actors faces , not a typical alien invasion thriller. The thing is you know there are some presence around, something's definitely there, causing some sorts of problem ,nose blinding kids, local power surges, people go missing, etc, but you don't see what's causing them. You're waiting for some big invasion , finally something or someone alien to show up, but nothing of that sort would happen, basically nothing happens! To be honest I don't get why the creators of the show needed aliens at all, where an engineer girl in Japan deals with sexist people in the work place, or a normal couple living in Long island have marital discord ,a kid in London struggles with bullies at school and things like that, you know the guys who made Big Little Lies did address all of those problems and even more and they didn't need to get aliens to invade earth!! There are rumors about a head spinning budget of $200m were spent on the show, but I really couldn't figure out what or where they spent that money on, except maybe traveling all around the world gobbled up most of that money!! So if you're looking for a Fallen sky type of show, wrong address, but if you want to see how people deal with their usual problems, emotions and relationships struggles, while there are some invisible beings lurking around, causing a few problems but not very big though so people have plenty of time to sort out their personal issues first , then yes! That's the one.!
