I love watching your show, but I don’t believe for one minute you can do the renovations you portray to do at that cost. Your show is unrealistic and then people are devastated when they get quotes for work. I live in Massachusetts and you can’t have anything done for prices you quote. I think you would do contractors and consumers in other parts of the country a favor by saying this is a Mississippi and not relative to the rest of the country. Still love your show but it is deceptive to homeowners with no idea!
