I love the poem. It's rhythmic and emotional. It has stayed with me ever since I first learned it as a child. My grandfather was in World War I. My husband and I visited the WWI museum in Kansas City several years ago. The poem "Flanders Field" greets visitors as they enter. Very powerful.
