This is one I've to disagree with the critics, which seem to praise the idea of what the film should have been rather than the actual film in front of us.
When all the drama is contained within the same expressionless face for a mercifully short span of time then you know that the script is short of ideas about how to make something dramatic.
There are one or two moments in which you think the film is going to take off just to fall flat on its face and going back staring at the pretty but dully portrayed face of the main character.
If you think making a protein shake can be a decisive dramatic moment then this is your film.
