The book begins by explaining why it needs to be written and includes a discussion of other US history books and the statement “At least Howard Zinn’s A People’s History of the United States honestly represents its Marxist biases in the title!”
This is a bit confusing because the Preamble to the American Constitution starts with “We the People.” Does that make it a Marxist document too?
At that point I stopped reading the book.
